At the 2019 IPCPR Trade Show scheduled to begin June 29th in Las Vegas, Plasencia Cigars will unveil Part III of its Alma series, the Plasencia Alma del Fuego.
The name Alma del Fuego means “Soul of the Fire” and it pays homage to the volcanic soils that stem from Ometepe Island located in Lake Nicaragua. The Alma del Fuego is an all-Nicaraguan blend. according to Plasencia, the majority of the filler leaves for this cigar come from Ometepe. The cigar is finished with a sun-grown wrapper grown in Jalapa. All of the Nicaragua tobaccos come from Plasencia farms.
The Alma del Fuego will be available in three sizes each presented in ten-count boxes: Candente,(5 x 50), Flama (6 1/2.x 38) and Concepción (6 x 54). Like the Plasencia Alma del Fuerte and Alma del Campo, the boxes also double as an ashtray.
“We are beyond grateful and excited for the opportunity to launch the third cigar of our already popular Alma Series collection at IPCPR, amongst our fellow cigar aficionados,” announced Nestor Andrés Plasencia, CEO of Plasencia Cigars in a press release. “Alma del Fuego is a manifestation of our ongoing commitment to offer top-quality cigars to both our retailers and consumers, and to continue building on our family’s over 150-year tobacco legacy.”
